Welcome to Elite Limo LI. By using our website, booking platform, or services, you agree to these Terms & Policies. These terms apply to all clients, affiliates, service providers, and subcontractors worldwide. Use of our platform signifies your full acceptance.

• Service Provider / Affiliate: Any driver, limousine, or transportation company fulfilling bookings or receiving leads through Elite Limo LI.
• Client / Customer: Individuals or entities booking transportation through Elite Limo LI.
• Platform: The Elite Limo LI website, booking portal, and any connected services.
• Booking: Any confirmed transportation service facilitated via Elite Limo LI.

Elite Limo LI is a booking and lead generation platform. We do not operate vehicles or provide transportation ourselves. All transportation services are executed by independent, licensed Service Providers, who are fully responsible for the execution, safety, and legality of the service.

• All affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of Elite Limo LI.
• Affiliates are fully responsible for obtaining and maintaining all local, national, and international licenses, permits, and insurance required to perform services.
• Elite Limo LI assumes no liability for accidents, damages, fines, or legal actions arising from services provided by affiliates.
• All affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Elite Limo LI harmless for any claims, losses, or damages globally.

• All bookings require a deposit (minimum 20% of total service cost) to secure the reservation.
• Final payments are due 48 hours prior to service. Same-day or within-24-hour bookings require full payment upfront.
• Customers must provide accurate passenger, contact, and pickup/drop-off information. Elite Limo LI is not responsible for delays due to incorrect data.
• Overtime, rerouting, extra stops, or vehicle damages incurred during service are the customer’s responsibility.

• Deposits secure the reservation and are non-refundable.
• All payments can be made via credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, or wire transfer.
• Fees may include service charges, wait time, overtime, and vehicle-specific charges. All fees are subject to an 8–12% adjustment based on service type.

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Late cancellations incur full service charge:
  • Sedan/SUV: Less than 24 hours
  • Limousine & Sprinter: Less than 48 hours
  • Buses & Super Stretch Vehicles: Less than 72 hours

• Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited; fines start at $450.
• Alcohol consumption is only allowed in vehicles with dividers (limousines) and may incur extra charges.
• Clients are financially responsible for all damage, spills, or lost items during service.
• Lost and found items will be returned at the client’s expense.
• Food is prohibited in vehicles unless pre-approved; cleaning fees start at $280.

• Waiting time beyond 15 minutes is billed at hourly vehicle rate.
• Rerouting or extra stops not agreed upon in booking may incur additional fees.
• Customers agree to pay any overtime fees post-service.

Elite Limo LI collects personal information including contact details, billing information, and service preferences to process reservations and improve service. We do not sell data. Trusted third-party service providers may be used to operate the platform or process payments. Cookies and tracking technologies may be used. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.

• All affiliates and service providers must maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• No affiliate may directly contact Elite Limo LI clients for independent business.
• Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the network and legal action.

• Affiliates must maintain all required insurance (liability, passenger, workers’ comp) and licenses.
• Elite Limo LI is not liable for claims, accidents, or violations arising from affiliate operations.

• Elite Limo LI is not responsible for delays, accidents, or service interruptions beyond our control.
• We are not liable for mechanical issues or personal property damages in vehicles.
• Service is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied.

Affiliates, service providers, and clients agree to indemnify and hold Elite Limo LI harmless for all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from service execution, negligence, or breach of these terms.

Elite Limo LI is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, government restrictions, accidents, strikes, road closures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
• Exclusive venue for legal disputes is Suffolk County, NY, USA.
• Affiliates and service providers accept that they are liable under their own local laws for international operations.
• All disputes should first attempt mediation before litigation.

Elite Limo LI may update these Terms and Policies at any time. Users agree to review periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
